Derventio Education provides a comprehensive content management system for AUDE (Association of University Directors of Estates). This is achieved on our CELSUS solution where we have created a member login area that allows professionals to work together on a secure platform. Ideas can be exchanged and collaboration networks are immediately formed.
AUDE promotes excellence in strategic planning, estate management, operations management and development of Higher Education estates/facilities. Members have the opportunity to attend meetings, seminars, conferences, lectures and other activities. All these events are managed within CELSUS and the very latest news is quickly shared. Furthermore, online discussion, consultation and the exchange of ideas can take place within the forum where a wealth of resources are readily available. This enables the experience and knowledge of members to be utilised for mutual benefit. Solutions to common problems can be quickly be found and our platform acts a support mechanism to members.
Directors of Estates are involved in managing a wider range of services including cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, space planning and management, car parking and traffic, catering, conferences, sports facilities, insurance, furniture, equipment and printing. CELSUS helps members to be well informed of available suppliers and to then make informed choices.
AUDE is a not-for-profit organisation and is part of PHES (Professional Higher Education Services) which is an umbrella company for membership organisations in Higher Education. We also provide bespoke software development for other PHES members, BUFDG (British Universities Finance Directors Group), HESPA (Higher Education Strategic Planners Association) and UHR (Universities Human Resources).
