I am responsible for the effective management of all financial tasks, legal matters, facilities and office management, as well as human resources. As a co-founder of Derventio Education I believe that our people are the life blood of our organisation and I help to maintain that we all work to the highest of standards.

We have a reasonably informal approach as we feel this helps to get the best out of people and to ensure that the channels of communication are constantly flowing.
