As the schools lead for appraisal I can easily track the progress of all staff. The summary page saves hours of work as it identifies which staff have/haven't completed observations, uploaded evidence etc. The system is intuitive and staff find it easy to use. Customer support and technical support is excellent. Appraisal line managers are able to record lesson observations directly into the system using iPads rather than making notes and then typing them up as a report. The electronic and central storage of documents ensures all the necessary evidence is accessible and easier to maintain and locate compared to paper documents or those held locally on computers. The App allows teachers to upload photographic evidence to their work area within seconds.
