Staff Objectives/Goals

Staff are set objectives to support the development plan, which has been shaped from school evaluation. In SchooliP it’s easy to make sure that staff objectives are linked to the school development plan because as the objective is created it can be linked to school priorities or school objectives.

There is scope to fully explain the criteria for achieving the objective, it can be broken down into individual tasks and evidence can be uploaded in a variety of forms. Individual staff can upload evidence via the SchooliP mobile app. All stakeholders are kept informed by tracking the status of objectives.
