Users can edit existing email configurations to update recipients, subject lines, or message content. Users cannot add or delete emails.
Go to the Improvement Plan from the main menu on the left.
Once the page loads, click the cog icon in the top-right corner.
The Settings panel will slide out.
Scroll down to the Lists section.
Click Emails.
Click the edit (pencil) icon next to the email you want to update.
The edit screen will open.
Make your changes and click Save.
