To export your improvement plan, select Improvement Plan from the left-hand sidebar
In the right corner of your screen select the Reports icon
This will show your improvement plan, from here you will have the option to Select a Report
From here the Select a Report drop-down will provide three options: Action Plan, Strategic Overview and Strategic Plan
Once you have selected this, you will be able to export the report as either a Word or Excel document
You can apply a filter to your improvement plan before downloading the report.
In the Improvement Plan, go to the Filters option.
Choose the filter you want and select the corresponding value.
Click Search to apply the filter.
To reuse this filter in the future, click Save to store it as a preset.
Finally, select Export to download the report with your filtered data.
