How I configure email reminders?

Overview

Email reminders help staff stay on track by sending automated notifications about upcoming or overdue activities. Reminders can be sent before, on, or after the activity’s due date.

Accessing Email Reminders

  1. Go to the Improvement Plan from the main menu on the left.

  2. Once the page loads, click the cog icon in the top-right corner.

  3. The Settings panel will slide out.

  4. Scroll down to the Email Reminders section.
