Regularly updating your password helps maintain a high level of security.
Note: If your organisation uses SSO (Single Sign-On), passwords must be changed in the system that handles login, not in this system.
Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Change Password from the dropdown.
On the password change page, enter:
Current Password
New Password (enter twice for validation)
Click Save to update your password.
If changed manually, inform the user of the new password.
On first login after the change, the system will prompt the user to update the password for security.
On the login page, click Forgot Password above the Sign In button.
Enter your email address or login name.
A password reset email will be sent with instructions to create a new password.
