Password - Used to access the system; no restrictions on length or characters.
User Rights - Determines access to system features.
Date Joined - Enables staff to receive updates from Derventio Education (e.g., OFSTED, SEF frameworks).
Active - Tick if the staff member is currently working; untick to make them inactive and disable login.
Assign staff to self-evaluation groups by ticking the relevant groups.
Choose whether the user can Answer, Approve, or both, for SEF questions.
Assign staff to one or more departments to filter reports by subject or department.
Assign high or low sensitivity to documents the staff member can access.
Assign staff to the relevant key stage(s) for reporting and filtering purposes.
Assign staff to one or more roles (e.g., Teacher, Teaching Assistant, SLT) for reporting and system access.
View the date of last login.
Unlock the user account or reset failed login attempts if necessary.
