On the login page, click Forgot Password?
Enter your email address and click Reset Account.
The system will send an email containing:
A link to reset your password
A unique security code
If you don’t receive the email, check your Junk/Spam folder or whether it is being blocked by your IT team.
Open the password reset email.
Click Click Here to Reset Password.
Note the unique code in the email.
On the reset screen, enter:
Login Name - Enter your email address
Unique Code - From the email
New Password -Must be medium strength and not previously used
Confirm Password - Re-enter the new password
Click Sign In to complete the process.
If the reset fails, contact your organisation’s administrator. This can occur if:
Your account is inactive
The reset link expired
Multiple reset emails were generated
The administrator can reset the password in the background.
