Multi-login allows a staff member to access multiple centres using the same email address but separate login accounts.
Create Separate Accounts
For each centre, create a staff account with a unique login name but the same email address.
Set Initial Passwords
Assign a temporary password for each account.
Ensure all accounts use the same password initially.
First Login and Password Reset
When the user logs in with a login name and temporary password, they will be prompted to reset the password.
Each account must be updated with the same new password.
Using Multi-login
Once passwords are updated, the user can log in using their email address and new password.
A selection screen will appear, allowing them to choose the centre they wish to access.
Note: If a centre is missing from the selection dropdown, it usually means the password for that account does not match the others. Reset the password for that account to resolve the issue.
