To assign a CPD Activity/Course to multiple staff members:
Go to the main menu, open the CPD dropdown, and select CPD Activities/Courses
Click Assign Courses
Select the course by ticking the checkbox, then click Next
Note: Only courses within the selected date range will appear. If the course you need isn’t listed, adjust the date range and click Assign Courses again
Choose the staff members to assign the course to
Use filters to refine by Department, Staff Type, Role, T.L.R, or Pay Scale
Tick the checkbox next to each staff member, then use the left-facing arrow to move them into the Recipients list
Set the course Status to Planned, Attended, or Not Attended
Click Assign to confirm
