Navigate to the CPD dropdown on the left-hand side and select Areas for Development.
Once the page loads, the report for Areas for Development will be displayed.
Use the Filter option to refine the data (e.g., by My Staff or Class).
Click Search to apply the filters
Click Export to download the data as Excel, Word, or PDF.
Alternatively, click Reports at the top of the table to download the filtered report in Word, PDF, or Excel format.
