You can amend the details of a scheduled monitoring activity before it takes place. This can be done either via the staff member’s portfolio or through My Reports.
Go to My Staff and select the staff member’s name to open their portfolio.
Click Monitoring.
Click the Edit Pencil next to the monitoring activity you want to change.
To remove the activity entirely, click the Bin icon.
Update any of the following as needed: Focus, Date, Observer, Link To, Purpose.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Go to My Reports and select Monitoring.
Click the Edit Pencil next to the monitoring activity you want to change.
To remove the activity entirely, click the Bin icon.
Update Focus, Date, Observer, Link To, and Purpose as needed.
Click Save to apply the changes.
