To reset another member of staff’s password, you will need administrator rights. You can either send the staff member a password reset link or set a new password on their behalf.
To change a staff member's password for them:
Go to Users, then select Staff Members
Find the staff member whose password needs to be changed and click the edit (pencil) icon next to their name
Select Change Password
Enter and confirm the new password
Click Save
Once a password has been updated, the user will need to be informed of their new login details. They will then be prompted to change their password when they next sign in.

Next to Password, select Send password reset link
The staff member will receive an email with a direct link to reset their password
