How do I add collaborators to a staff member's review?

• From the main menu, go to My Staff

• Click on the staff member’s name whose review you want to add a collaborator to

Adding a Collaborator in a Staff Portfolio

• Go to the Collaborators tab

• Click Add Collaborators

• Enter required details:

  • Subject

  • User Group (if applicable)

• Select the Collaborator from the drop-down list

• Use the Rights tab to configure access:

  • Decide if the collaborator can View or Manage specific areas of the portfolio

• Click Save
