Collaborators can view a staff member’s portfolio but with restricted access.
They can be added by Administrators or Line Managers
Collaborators can be added individually to a staff member’s review or via Bulk Actions for multiple reviews
From the main menu, go to My Staff
Click on the staff member’s name whose review you want to add a collaborator to
Go to the Collaborators tab
Click Add Collaborators
Enter required details:
Subject
User Group (if applicable)
Select the Collaborator from the drop-down list
Use the Rights tab to configure access:
Decide if the collaborator can View or Manage specific areas of the portfolio
Click Save
