Setting these up before starting the performance management cycle ensures consistency and saves time when creating reviews.
Click Add Standard Objective
Complete the following sections:
Type
Priority (whole-school focus)
Personal (individual development)
Objective
What the staff member needs to achieve
Performance Criteria
What success looks like by the end of the cycle
Roles
Choose which staff roles this applies to (e.g. teachers, teaching assistants)
Allow reviewer to edit?
Decide if this objective can be modified during reviews
Click Add to save
Define what evidence staff should provide
Examples: lesson plans, student work, observations
Break the objective into smaller steps
Helps staff track progress and stay focused
Edit
Click the edit pencil
Archive (Make Inactive)
Click the bin icon
Restore
Change the Status filter to Inactive
Click the Restore icon next to the objective
