How do I re-open a completed review?

Go to My Staff and select the staff member whose review you wish to re-open
From the drop-down menu, select the review period you want to re-open
A banner will appear across the screen – click Reopen Review
You may be prompted to enter the passwords of both the staff member and their line manager
Click Reopen Review to confirm
