If you cannot view your portfolio, it is usually because your review has not been started or agreed upon.
Note: New staff must have a review created and agreed by their line manager before the portfolio becomes visible.
Your line manager needs to go to their My Staff page.
Locate the staff member who cannot view their portfolio.
In the Objectives field, the manager will see either:
Resume Review – if a review has already been started
Start New Review – if no review exists
The line manager should:
Resume the existing review or start a new review
Check all items in the Start Review screen
Click Agree Targets and Start Review
Once completed, the staff member will be able to access their portfolio.
