Standard user rights are predefined roles that control access across the system.
Modifying these allows you to adjust permissions for all users assigned to a specific role.
To modify standard user rights:
Go to Users
Select the Settings icon
You will see a list of roles in the system
Click the edit pencil next to the role you want to modify
Select or deselect permissions by ticking the relevant checkboxes
Click Save to apply the changes
Some permissions are dependent on others
For example, enabling Access My Reports may unlock additional permissions such as viewing staff objectives or monitoring summaries
