How do I access a staff member’s review?

The My Staff section provides a general overview of staff objectives and standards. Colour-coded indicators allow you to quickly track progress toward current targets.

You can filter the view to focus on specific groups of staff, such as those you manage, collaborate with, or staff who report to your team

Filters and Options

My Staff Filters

There are three main filters under the My Staff heading:

  1. All Staff

    • Displays every staff member in the system

    • Primarily used by administrators

  2. All My Staff

    • Shows all staff you manage, collaborate with, or who are subordinates of staff you manage

  3. Only Staff I Manage

    • Displays only staff who directly report to you

    • Excludes collaborators and other subordinates
