The My Staff section provides a general overview of staff objectives and standards. Colour-coded indicators allow you to quickly track progress toward current targets.
You can filter the view to focus on specific groups of staff, such as those you manage, collaborate with, or staff who report to your team
There are three main filters under the My Staff heading:
All Staff
Displays every staff member in the system
Primarily used by administrators
All My Staff
Shows all staff you manage, collaborate with, or who are subordinates of staff you manage
Only Staff I Manage
Displays only staff who directly report to you
Excludes collaborators and other subordinates
Note: To view subordinate staff, adjust your settings:
Hover over the Settings toggle in the top right corner
Tick Show all subordinate staff members in my staff listings?
Click Save Settings
At the top of the My Staff screen, you can further filter and organise staff by:
Department
Staff type (e.g., teaching, non-teaching)
These filters allow you to quickly find the staff members whose reviews you need to access.
Using the colour-coded objectives and standards with filters gives a quick, visual summary of staff performance and progress across your team or organisation.
