The Interim Review allows you to assess a staff member’s progress during the academic year. This guide explains how to add an interim review and review objectives, monitoring, standards, and development areas.
To add an interim review:
Go to the Home page
Navigate to My Staff
Follow the steps below to complete the interim review
On the My Staff page, click the staff member’s name
Select Interim Review
Click Add Interim Review on the right-hand side
Enter the required information for the interim review
Click Add to save the review
Enter a Title for the review
Select the Date of the interim review
Review the staff member’s assigned objectives
Update the status of each objective using the drop-down menu
If the setting ‘Show comments against objectives when closing reviews and in Interim Reviews?’ is enabled (found in Review then General Settings), you can add comments using the + button
Review any monitoring assigned to the staff member
Review and rate progress on assigned standards (if required)
Review areas for improvement and update the status if necessary
Review any assigned CPD activities and update as needed
Add key comments made during the interim review meeting in these sections
Interim Reviews provide a snapshot of progress mid-year. Linking objectives, monitoring, standards, and CPD ensures a clear record for both staff and line managers.
