Go to My Staff from the left-hand menu.
Find the staff member and click Start New Review.
Enter a title for the review period, for example Performance Management 2023/2024.
Check the Start Date and End Date and adjust if needed.
In the Objectives section:
Standard objectives may appear automatically. Remove any not required.
Click Add Objective to create a new one.
Enter the Type, Objective, Performance Criteria, and Due Date.
In the Evidence section:
Specify what evidence should be uploaded, such as lesson plans or examples of student work.
In the Actions section:
Break the objective into smaller tasks by clicking Add Action and entering a description.
In the Monitoring section:
Click Add Monitoring.
Select a Form, add the Date, and choose Observers.
Set the Purpose and add any Comments.
Click Add to save.
In the Standards section:
Standards linked to the staff member’s role will appear automatically.
Remove any that are not relevant.
Choose whether to move or copy existing objectives if required.
In the Areas for Development section:
Click Add Area for Development.
Enter the Focus, Area, Action, and Due Date.
In the Collaborators section:
Click Add Collaborator to include other staff in the review.
When everything is complete, click Agree to Targets & Start Review to begin the review.
