Progress during coaching can be recorded by creating a Coaching CPD Activity.
Blogs and evidence can then be added throughout the review period to capture conversations, actions, and outcomes.
The Coaching CPD Activity can be added from the reviewee’s work area within their portfolio.
Blogs can be created and linked to the Coaching CPD Activity
Use blogs to document coaching discussions, reflections, and next steps
Evidence such as documents, files, or URLs can also be linked to the Coaching CPD Activity
This allows you to track tangible outcomes from coaching sessions
From the Activity Feed in the work area, you can filter to view only the blogs and evidence linked to the Coaching CPD Activity
If the coach is not the line manager, they must be added as a collaborator to contribute to blogs, evidence, and progress tracking
Ensure the coach has the Collaborator user right
Go to the Staff Summary page of the teacher being coached
Add the coach as a collaborator
Assign rights to allow the coach to view and contribute to blogs and evidence
