Staff must be set as classroom observers to carry out monitoring activities within the system.
Note: Observers can perform monitoring against staff and receive email notifications about progress
Go to Users then select Staff Members.
If the Users menu is not visible, you do not have permission to access this area.
Click the edit pencil next to the staff member to set as an observer.
Scroll down to the Classroom Observer section.
Tick the box Classroom Observer to enable monitoring capabilities.
Optional settings:
Not Observed - Prevents this staff member from being monitored.
Receive All Monitoring Emails - Sends email notifications for updates on monitored staff progress.
Click Save to apply changes.
