How do I list the Collaborators on the Staff Members page

You can display collaborators directly on the Staff Members page to quickly see who is linked to each staff member’s review.

To configure collaborator visibility:

• Go to Settings

• Select Review

• Click General

• Scroll down to the Collaborators section

• Enable one or both of the following options:

  • Show collaborators column on the staff members screen

  • Show the full names of the collaborators

• Save your changes

How These Settings Work

• If only “Show collaborators column” is selected:

  • A new column appears with a collaborator icon

  • Hovering over the icon displays a tooltip with the collaborator name(s)

• If both options are selected:

  • The new column displays the full names of the collaborators directly in the table
